1. Machine is not Turning On
No Electric power supply
Check that the power cord is properly plugged in and switch is properly ON.

Check circuit breakers/fuse.

Ensure that the child lock is not in on condition.
No water supply
Ensure that the water tap is on and water is being supplied to the machine.
Cycle interrupted or Pause button was pressed
Reselect the desired program and restart the machine by pressing the start button.
2. Washing machine drum is not filling with water.

Ensure that the water tap is on and sufficient water is being supplied to the machine

Inlet water hose clogged/kinked
Clean the inlet hose pipe if it is clogged. Ensure that the supply hose is not kinked or damaged.

3. Washing machine is Vibrating and noisy
Floor is flexing
Ensure that the floor on which the machine is placed is solid and not flexing.
Machine is not leveled
Ensure that the machine is properly leveled at the time of installation. Ensure that the machine feet are in firm contact with the floor.
Imbalance load
Pause the cycle, open the door and distribute the load evenly along with the washing drum.
Contact with other object
Ensure that the machine is not in contact with another object. The surrounding area of the machine should be free from other objects.
4. Washing machine is not Draining or slow draining
Hosepipe is clogged, Kinked
Ensure that the hose pipe is not kinked or bent.
Clean the hose if it is clogged.
5. Washing machine is not spinning
Water not draining
Ensure that the drain hose is pointing downward.
Ensure that the hose is not clogged, kinked and water is draining from a grain hose pipe.
Door open
Ensure that the door is properly closed.
6. Water is leaking from the machine.
Drain Hose pipe connection is Loose
Ensure that the Drain hose pipe is properly inserted into the drain port and the connection is properly tight.
Water inlet supply hose pipe leak
Ensure that the Water inlet supply hose pipe connection is properly tight at all contact points i.e. at water tap end and machine inlet port end.
7. Smell from washing machine
Excessive suds deposition inside the machine
Use proper quantity and quality of detergent as recommended by the machine manufacturer.
Drum is not properly cleaned
Run the drum cleaning cycle regularly to sanitize the drum.
Keep the drum dry after completion of the washing cycle.
Drum filter dirty
Regularly clean the drum filter as per filter cleaning instruction in the user manual.
8. Rattling noise from machine
Foreign objects inside machine
Stop washing machine and check for the presence of any foreign objects like coins, keys, chains, etc. inside the machine. Remove the object and restart the machine. If noise continues then call the concern service representative.
9. Dispenser is not working properly
Not Dispensing Detergent
Check that the water is supplied at the correct pressure.
The dispenser is at the correct position and properly closed.
10. Laundry not rinsed or suds, hair, lint, etc. on load after washing
Excessive use of detergent
Use detergent of recommended quantity and quality with proper measurement.
Drum filter dirty
Regularly clean the drum filter as per filter cleaning instruction in the user manual.
Improper Washing program selection
Select the correct washing program as per laundry load and cloths.
Select the proper water level.
